Erotic Cabaret Boutique's goal is simple: We are dedicated to providing customer satisfaction to all of our valued customers.  Please refer to these guidelines when making a purchase.  Also, be sure to add orders@eroticcabaret.com and contact@eroticcabaret.com to your contact list to receive our emails.

Thank you for shopping at Eroticcabaret.com!  The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website.

We are very discreet in how we charge and ship to you.  We bill and ship to you as EC INC because we understand that your privacy is important.  Your customer information including email addresses will never be given or sold to outside sources.


Items Out of Stock
If one or more items in your order is out of stock, you will be notified by email.  If you have ordered multiple items and we are out of stock on one or a few, eroticcabaret.com will go ahead and ship to you the available items.  We will notify you if out of stock items will become available at a later date.  Customers will only be charged for the items you receive.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to all orders being shipped within the state of Texas.
Orders being shipped outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax.

Order Modification
To cancel or change an order, email orders@eroticcabaret.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Date
  • Order Number
  • Question/Issue
  • Preferred Method of Contact

To change payment method, follow the above procedure.  However, if the order has already been shipped, it will then be treated as a return.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

I. Return Policy

(For Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day Return/Exchange Policies, please scroll down to our Holiday Return/Exchange Policies section.)

Most items purchased from Eroticcabaret.com may be returned within 15 days from the date the order was placed, which means Erotic Cabaret Boutique must receive the return package within 15 days of purchase.

All items must be in their original packaging with tags.  This means any type of clear plastic bag, paper box, or any other type of packaging.  If the item is returned without packaging we will not refund or exchange it for you.  Original packaging is NOT the USPS/UPS shipping box you receive your items in.  Original packaging is the manufacturer box, bag or packaging.  Also, items returned must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and have the original tags still attached to the item/garment.  Any item returned outside these guidelines will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when sending back any items.  We strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as Eroticcabaret.com is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail stream.  It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to Eroticcabaret.com that may have been lost in the mail stream.

Store credit, excluding shipping charges, will be issued for a return.  Only under special circumstances will a full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued for a return.

Our general policy is to take returns on a case-by-case basis. However, the following items are considered final sales:

  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Shoes
  • Hosiery and Bodystockings
  • All Jewelry and All Accessories
  • Seasonal Costumes, including apparel
  • Clearance Items

Items Excluded from Returning or Exchanging:

  • Panties (Due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on panties (both male/female) or items that cover the crotch area.)
  • Hosiery and Bodystockings
  • Wigs
  • Items with tags (price tags and/or merchandise tags) removed
  • Items that have been worn, washed or damaged in any way 
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, perfume or other aromas
  • Items containing human and/or animal/pet hair
  • Items with stains
  • Items not returned in original packaging

The items listed above are not eligible for returns and will be returned back to the customer at the customers' expense.


Shoe and Boot Exchange/Return Policy
If a question regarding fit arises and an exchange must be made, the customer has within 15 days from the purchase date to send the item back unworn and in the original packaging.  Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $10.00 repackaging fee (note: please do not apply tape or labels directly to the boxes; please wrap in shipping paper or place in shipping container.)  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.


II. Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be received back to Eroticcabaret.com within 15 days of purchasing the merchandise.

All items being sent back for an exchange must be unworn, in its original packaging and original condition.  This includes all inserts and tags.  Items sent back that cannot be resold will not be issued a credit/refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Item(s) chosen for exchange are based on availability at the time the return item(s) is received and cannot be placed on hold for a customer while they are sending the original package to Eroticcabaret.com.


III. Halloween Return/Exchange Policy

All costume purchases between October 1, 2010 - October 31, 2010 will be considered FINAL SALE.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

All orders placed before October 1st are eligible for normal 15 Day Return policy.
All orders placed on or after October 1st and before October 31st are final sales.
Any returns or exchanges sent to eroticcabaret.com for orders placed between October 1st and October 31st will be refused and returned to sender.

Orders placed after October 31st - All costumes are subject to our normal Return/Exchange policies listed in sections I and II.


IV. Christmas Return/Exchange Policy
Eroticcabaret.com understands that during this time, most purchases are given as gifts and will not be opened until Christmas Day.  As a result all items eligible for return exchange based on the criteria stated in sections I and II and purchased between November 27 - December 31 must arrive back at Eroticcabaret.com within 1 week after New Year's Day.  This does not include Christmas costumes, which will be final sale during this seasonal time.


V. Valentine's Day Return/Exchange Policy

Eroticcabaret.com understands that during this time, most purchases are given as gifts and will not be opened until Valentine's Day.  As a result all items eligible for return exchange based on the criteria stated in sections I and II must be postmarked back to Eroticcabaret.com within 1 week after Valentine's Day.  This does not include Valentine's Holiday costumes, which will be final sale during this seasonal time.

Wrong Shipping Address
Eroticcabaret.com ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer.  This address is sent through a computer generated shipping tool to create a shipping label.  Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information including apartment numbers, building numbers, dorm numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and/or any other necessary shipping information required by the United States Postal Service, UPS, and/or FedEx to deliver packages. 

If your order is shipping to a person other than a listed resident of the shipping address, please include a resident's name plus "IN CARE OF" the recipient's name.  The United States Postal Service will not leave a package for a non resident if it is not in this format.  In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, eroticcabaret.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package.  If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Eroticcabaret.com will only refund the order amount minus any and all shipping charges that were paid for by Eroticcabaret.com.

If your package is returned to Erotic Cabaret Boutique, there is a $5.95 fee to have the package reshipped.
